We are seeking a highly organized, goal-oriented project manager to join our growing organization. In this position, you will lead and supervise a program through completion, overseeing successful output. You will outline the program’s goals and objectives while acting as a liaison between program staff and upper management and executives.

The perfect candidate will meet the following requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field; Master’s degree (MA or MSc) in business or related field preferred
  • 5+ years’ previous experience in program management, project management, administration, or related field
  • Proficient computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project)
  • Knowledgeable in program management methodology and techniques; performance evaluation and change management principles
  • Experience with compiling and following strict budgets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities will include:

  • Strategize and outline the goals and objectives of the program
  • Assign managers and team members to projects

The perfect candidate will have the following skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Front-End Web developer with code examples for review
  • Hands on experience with markup languages (e.g. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery etc.)
  • Experience with Bootstrap, LESS, SASS, and Grunt npm or similar compiler
  • Strong understanding of browser testing and debugging
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
  • Familiarity working with a variety of CMS
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines

Responsibilities will include:

  • Create mobile first, responsive websites
  • Provide maintenance and enhancements to existing websites
  • Collaborate with other team members on website development issues

The perfect candidate will have the following skills:

  • Proven working experience in application development with code examples for review
  • Experience with Java, C#, PHP, and other OOP languages

The perfect candidate will have the following skills:

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Proven working experience in back-end web development with code examples for review
  • Understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, testing, and deployment)
  • Working knowledge of CMS framework (CMS building and maintenance experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with PHP, MySQL, Linux, Apache Server
  • Minimum 3 years’ proficiency in HTML, JavaScript and CSS
  • Experience with modern enterprise PHP application frameworks (Zend Framework 2, Laravel 5, Symfony)

Responsibilities will include:

  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices

Great to have, but not required:

  • An understanding/experience with the Agile/Scrum Methodology

The perfect candidate will have the following skills:

  • Proven SEO experience (2 years min)
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics)
  • Experience with A/B testing and in the field observations
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
  • Marketing agency experience: 2 years (Required)

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
  • Help execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  • Work with writing team to drive SEO in content creation and conversions
  • Assist with recommendations on changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Working closely with the SEO Team Lead

The perfect candidate will have the following skills:

  • Demonstrate excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Past experience with heavy inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling required)
  • A highly professional approach and appearance
  • MUST speak CLEARLY and have a pleasant phone manner
  • Being organized, self-disciplined and a quick learner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Collaborate with call center team members to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
  • Utilizing software, databases, and tools appropriately.
